企业文化与企业伦理

摘    要:企业行为是否合乎伦理,不仅取决于企业领导者的道德状况,更取决于企业其他各级管理人员和全体雇员的伦理意识与道德水平,而所有这一切,又受到企业文化的影响和制约。但在当代,企业文化的价值观整合功能和道德行为塑造机制正遇到人们价值取向多元、劳动力文化背景多元和企业组织结构多元的挑战。为使企业文化在变化了的环境中能够支持合乎伦理的行为,企业的领导者必须对企业价值观作出适应时代的调整,对企业文化进行深层次的变革。

Abstract:Whether the enterprise conduct conforms with the need of ethics not only depends on the morality of the enterprise leaders, but also depends on the ethical consciousness and morality of the management staff at various levels and all the employees. And all these are influenced and restricted by enterprise culture. But in contemporary era, the integrated function of the value point of view on enterprise culture and the mould mechanism for moral conduct now meet the challenge from pluralistic concept in people's value-obtaining, pluralistic concept of labourer's cultural background, and the pluralist concept in organizational structure of the enterprise. In order to regulate the ethical conduct in the changing circumstances with the help of enterprise culture the enterprise leaders must adjust the enterprise value point of view in conformity with our time and transform enterprise culture at deep-going administrative levels.
