| 摘 要： | 为了适应我国加入WTO之后国内市场竞争机制的日趋完善的形势,高校的工程类科研项目管理按照ISO9000标准建立质量保障体系,进行ISO9000标准质量认证,可以大大提高项目管理水平和科技产品的置信度,增强进军科技市场的实力。作为高校的科研管理改革的一种探索,本文结合我校工程类科研项目管理中引入ISO9001质量管理体系的实践,提出从管理理念和模式上对传统管理模式进行改革,按照ISO9001标准建立质量管理体系,构建科学合理、职责明确的质量管理体系的组织机构,建立文件化的科研过程质量管理规范的初步认识。

| Abstract: | After China joined WTO, the internal market competition system is being perfected. In the management of engineering research items in universities and colleges, establishing a quality-guarantee system according to ISO9000 may greatly improve the level of scientific research item management and the credit of technology products so as to be more competitive in the technology market. Based on the practice of the author's university, this article puts forward the following ideas: reform the traditional principles and patterns of management system, establish a new quality-management system according to ISO9001 and an efficient institution of clear responsibilities, and make documents of the quality management standard in scientific research. |
