| Abstract: | there were three international diplomatic negotiations form March to August, 1939.The negotiation between UK, France and USSR, the negotiation between UK, the Third Reich and the negotiation between the Third Reich and USSR composed a balanceable triangle. Stalin's ideas of large dominant countries, Chamberlain's pacifistic policy, the harbor suspicious between UK and the Third Reich and Hitler's diplomatic genius made the negotiation between Germany and USSR succeed, and made Hitler finish the diplomatic preparation before the Second World War at last. |
