| 摘 要： | 家文化是在家族企业中占主导地位的企业文化,始终影响着企业的各种组织行为。在与现代企业文化融合的过程中,使得家族企业呈现出各种形态。从家文化和现代企业文化的融合过程出发,将家族企业的发展分为四个阶段。
