| 摘 要： | 国际服务贸易迅速发展却呈现出高度不均衡性和垄断性,发展中国家服务贸易没有动摇由发达国家主导的服务贸易。分析认为,国际服务贸易自身的特性和发展的动态性决定了任何国家要建立起强大的服务产业必须既有强大的工业基础的支撑,又有强有力的政策支持。

| Abstract: | In recent years,great progress has been made in the international service trade,but studies reveal that there is high monopoly in the international service trade;rapid increase in developing countries' service trade hasn't wavered developed countries' service trade.We think that the characteristics of service trade determine that a well-developed physical economy is highly relative to service trade and a positive public policy is vital to the development a healthy service industry. |
