| Abstract: | This article mainly demonstrates the efficiency of encouragement in technology management in university.The significance of encouragement exists not only in exploring human resources,but also,more importantly,in mobilizing human resources.Encouragement by policy,reward and emotion should be three main methods.Some negative effects brought by encouragement have also been discussed. |
