摘    要:高校科技管理中激励的有效性,在于开发并激活人力资源。提出激励的措施应以政策激励、奖励激励、情感激励为主。同时也提出激励时应特别注意的几个问题。

Abstract:This article mainly demonstrates the efficiency of encouragement in technology management in university.The significance of encouragement exists not only in exploring human resources,but also,more importantly,in mobilizing human resources.Encouragement by policy,reward and emotion should be three main methods.Some negative effects brought by encouragement have also been discussed.
