| 摘 要： | 建国以来，经过40多年的基础统计工作建设和宏观经济核算工作实践，我国国民经济核算体系在不断的探索中。突破了一个又一个理论上的禁区和技术难点，取得了很大的进展，基本上完成了由MPS向SNA的转换，确立了适合社会主义市场经济发展状况的新国民经济核算体系。回顾我国国民经济核算体系建立与发展的历史，从技术的角度来回顾我国国民经济核算已经取得的重大进展，不仅可以正确地评价这些进展的重要性，而且有助于正确认识新国民经济核算体系。
