| 摘 要： | 实现社会公平正义是建立和谐社会的内在要求。严重的社会不公现象的存在必然会阻碍和谐社会的实现。因此,必须要坚持以经济建设为中心,让全体人民共享改革和建设成果。同时,应加强司法制度建设,为社会公正提供司法保障。

| Abstract: | The realization of social fairness and justice is a basic content in the establishment of a harmonious society.Severe unfairness and sharp conflict will inevitably become the obstruction to the actualization of a harmonious society. Therefore, there is a presentfor China to adjust social distribution so that the whole society could enjoy the achievements of reform and construction.Meanwhile,justice system building should be enforced and justice conservation should be provided for social fairness and justice. |
