| 摘 要： | 文章通过对DSU中关于发展中成员方特殊优惠待遇相关条款规定的分析和评价，指出实践中运用存在的障碍，提出了完善相关规定的意见，在当前还无法对其进行彻底修改的情况下，如何充分利用它以保障我国的合法权益，提出了一些建议。

| Abstract: | The paper introduces the special treatments in the DSU and gives some comment on some of the regulations.There are still a lot of problems in the practice of these rulings so it is necessary to amend some of the articles.The writer gives some suggestion about the amendment of the articles and thinks about how to make full use of them to protect our benefits in the settlement of trade disputes. |
