可持续发展研究述评

里约会议结束以来的十年里,各学科在深入探讨可持续发展内涵和外延的基础上,重点对可持续发展的原则、评价,尤其是指标体系进行研究。存在的主要问题一方面是理论上缺乏系统的总结;另一方面是理论研究与应用研究脱节。今后的方向一是各学科通力合作,对研究成果进行系统的总结和完善,建立可持续发展学;二是在可持续发展理论指导下,加强应用研究。

A Review of the Researches on Sustainable Development

During the ten years after the Rio-Conference, in-depth researches have been carried out in various disciplines on the intention and extension of sustainable development, with focus on the principles, evaluation and especially indicator systems of sustainable development. The main problems lie first with the lack of a systematic summary of the theories of sustainable development and second with the gap between theoretical and practical researches. Therefore, efforts should be made first to form a science of sustainable development by joining different disciplines together and systematically summarizing and perfecting the research results, and second to strengthen practical research under the guidance of sustainable development theories.
