人口老龄化与城市社区老年服务网络建设

近几十年来,随着我国社会经济的迅速发展,人口年龄结构也因此发生了急剧的变化,出现了人口老龄化加速发展的趋势。人口老龄化对我国的社会发展产生多方面重要影响。重视社区建设,大力发展社区老年人口照料服务,是国际社会总结发达国家几十年来解决老年照料问题的经验教训所得出来的重要理念,我们应该充分利用现代信息网络技术,加强城市社区老年服务网络建设,以实现“老有所居、老有所养、老有所医、老有所学、老有所为、老有所乐”的目标。

The Aging of Population and the Construction of Aged Service Networks in Urban Communities

With rapid social and economic growth in China in recent decades, radical changes have occurred in the age structure of popuktion, resulting in the trend of accelerated emergence of aging of population. The aging of population has multiple effects on the social growth of China. Community construction and the development of aged service in urban communities are important ideas reached by the international community based on decades of experience and lessons from the solution of aged service problems in industrialized countries. Modern information network technology should be fully utilized and aged service network improved in urban communities so that "the old can be guaranteed of proper residences, financial support, medical care, and chances of education, employment and recreation".
