关于加入WTO与中国经济市场化进程的思考

产权界定不清是中国经济市场化进程中面临的主要问题。加入ＷＴＯ将是中国经济市场化进程的里程碑,此后的市场化进程将大大加快并迅速向国际标准靠拢。在新形势下,改革的目标不仅是尽快清理与ＷＴＯ规则不符的政策法规,而且要改革所有与发展市场经济不相容的制度、法律、行为、习惯及观念,加快与成熟市场经济的融合步伐,早日完成中国经济体制改革的伟大历史使命。

Thinking about China''''s Entry into the WTO and the Market-oriented Reform Process of Chinese Economy

The major obstacle to the transformation from planned economy to market economy for China has been and will be the obscurity of delimiting property rights. Entry into the WTO is a milestone in the market-oriented reform process of Chinese economy. Thereafter the process will be greatly accelerated and will move towards international standards. In a new situation, the goal of reform is not only to clear up rules not in conformity with the WTO, but also to liquidate those institutions, laws, behaviors and ideas at odds with market economy, quicken the pace of melting with mature market economy, and fulfill the mission of China' s economic institutional innovation.
