社区照顾:社会转型过程中不可忽视的社区工作模式

社区照顾源于20世纪50年代的英国。作为社区社会工作的模式之一,社区照顾有其特定的社区目标和社会功能,有其不同的模式选择和过程条件,是一项专业性的社区服务工作。在发达国家和地区,社区照顾对社区问题的解决起到了积极的作用。在我国社会转型时期,弱势群体和社会问题的存在对社区照顾提出了客观要求。由于多方面的原因,当前社区照顾的实施还有不少难点,但只要社会各界努力和支持,社区照顾在我国城乡社区必将有很大的发展空间。
