摘    要:现代传媒的管理具有重要的现实性和紧迫性。要从观念、机制、知识和环境等方面加强和改善对现代传媒的管理。要在分层与集中、网络与人际、内部与外部、制度与文化的辨证思维中加强和改善对现代传媒的管理。

Abstract:Management in modern mass media is of practical significance and urgently needed.
