| 摘 要： | 介绍了SCI的概念、构成、作用和意义。在对河北省高校近年来SCI收录论文情况分析的基础上,探讨了河北省自然科学基金对于河北省基础研究的贡献,分析了鼓励基础研究的措施对高水平论文产出的影响作用。

| Abstract: | That the conception, structure, function and significance to which related SCI are introduced. Based on the analysis of the paper embodied by SCI in ten universities of Hebei province in recent years,the contribution of Hebei NSF to original research is discussed, and the encouraging measure on original research on which affect the output of high level thesis is analysed. |
