| 摘 要： | 论文从中外合作办学的内涵出发，分析了我国当前合作办学的现状，指出了思想认识不到位，师资能力不适应，培养目标不明确和学生外语水平不达标等问题。提出了统一思想认识营造合作办学的校园氛围，循序渐进逐步提高外语水平，挖掘各方潜力创建国际化师资，双向交流提高育人质量，面向市场制定国际化的人才培养目标和强化管理提高“合作办学”的管理水平等措施。

| Abstract: | Started with the intension of domestic and abroad cooperation,the article analyzed the present situation in China,pointed out some problems such as teachers were unqualified to teaching,training objectives were not clear and definite;and then,offered a series of measures to solve the problems in order to improve the management levels of domestic and abroad cooperation. |
