| 摘 要： | 从管理科学与管理哲学的差异分析开始,指出:如果没有管理哲学,管理科学的发展有如"无源之水"或"无本之木".只有管理哲学才能使管理科学的灵魂显在化.作者提出六项论点论证了建立中国管理哲学的必要性和可行性.建立中国管理哲学除夯实管理科学的基础外,还具有一层历史文化的深厚含义,即中国管理哲学为"科学管理中国化"提供了一条道路.

| Abstract: | The essay, beginning from the difference analysis between management science and management philosophy, points out that without the latter, the development of the former would be "water without a source" or "a tree without roots". Only management philosophy enables the "soul" of management science to rum to be substantialized. The auther raised six arguments to demonstrate the necessity and feasibility of establishing Chinese management philosophy. Apart from tamping the foundation of management science, establishing Chinese management philosophy still has another deeper and more profound meaning in historical culture: Chinese management Philosophy will indicate a way for the sinicization of scientific management. |
