| 摘 要： | 深入分析锦州港发展的外部和内部环境条件,指出港口目前所拥有的市场发展机遇和面临的严峻挑战以及港口自身发展的优势和劣势。在此基础上,提出2020年要把锦州港建设成为具有第三代港口特征的中国北方区域性重要港口的发展目标,并分析为实现目标所应采取的战略措施。

| Abstract: | The development opportunities and the severe challenges,the advantages and disadvantages were pointed out for Jinzhou port by means of the deep analysis of the external environment and the internal situation.The development target was put forward that Jinzhou port will be built to be the district important port in the north of China in the year 2020.The strategic measures were analyzed in order to accomplish the target. |
