人民内部矛盾的疏导与社会稳定预警机制的构建

构建社会主义和谐社会,在很大程度上就是一个协调社会各阶层利益,整合社会资源,调处社会矛盾,维护社会稳定的过程。处在转型期的我国,各种社会矛盾凸显,不稳定因素增多。在这当中,重要的是要通过改革创新,建立健全不断调处矛盾和化解冲突的社会稳定预警机制。社会稳定预警机制包括网络信息收集报告系统、舆情事态调查分析系统、矛盾危机处理疏导系统。
