| 摘 要： | 得太远 ,苏东坡这一论难 ,言下之意是说 ,这“议学校贡举”出发点就错了。有无政治才干 ,的确不是学校读书能造就的。而且 ,如以为旧制不够完善 ,不能全面地选拔人才 ,那也不是改造学校能解决的 ,官吏人才哪里没有 ?“胥吏皂隶”中间都可以有 ,可是朝廷有那样的气度去选吗 ?这的确涉及自唐代以来选拔官吏的路数越来越狭窄的问题。唐代科举盛行以后 ,官吏进身就分“流内”和“流外” ,到宋区分得更是壁垒森严 ,官和吏的差异判若云泥。对此 ,苏轼早有“国家用弃材”的论述。要说改 ,先是这方面最应改 ,可能是为避免论述上的节外生枝 ,对此他引…
