NaCl胁迫对离体玉米叶片Vc含量及几种生理生化指标的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度NaCl溶液处理离体玉米叶片后,测定不同浓度下叶片Vc含量及几种生理生化指标。结果表明:随着NaCl作用时间的延长,作用强度的增加,离体玉米叶片内Vc含量逐渐减少。活性氧清除剂(甘露醇、苯甲酸钠、巯基乙醇)处理可缓解NaCl作用而引起的Vc含量下降。NaCl作用下,叶片内丙二醛(MDA)含量增加;叶绿素含量、叶片光合速率、叶片呼吸速率均下降,而外源Vc对这些过程均有缓解作用。

Abstract:Different concentration of NaCl was use to treat the isolated leaves of corn.We studied the content of ascorbic in different concentration and several physiological and biochemical indexes.The result showed the content of ascorbic acid in isolated leaves of corn with effect of force and time is increasing.The isolated leaves which were treated by antioxidant can relax the reducing content of the ascorbic acid under the effect of NaCl.The MDA of leaves was increased Vc,photosynthesis rate and respiration rat...
