| 摘 要： | 和谐社会公民责任重大,需要公民积极参与。通过分析公民社会的公民责任与国家责任、公民权利的关系,提出做宪政公民,不断提高公民和德、道德等素质。同时创造以人为本,不断进行制度创新,完善教育体系等外部条件,促进和谐社会形成,最终有利于公民。

| Abstract: | Citizen duty is important in harmonious society,which requires citizens to takean active part in.Through analyzing the relation of citizen duty in the citizen society and the national duty and the rights of citizens,the article puts forward being the citizens of the constitutional government and continuously increasing the citizens' morals character etc.At the same time the outside conditions should be created such as system innovation and perfection of educational system,to promote building harmonious society,which is beneficial to the citizens in the end. |
