| 摘 要： | 以西部大开发为背景 ,对西部女性的应然状态与实然状态作了比较分析 ,西部女性的实然状态与西部大开发的客观需求极不适应。转变观念、提高素质、找准位置、以新的时代理念和精神风貌投身于西部大开发是西部女性的应然状态。

| Abstract: | The article is intended to analyse and compare the qualifed stabus and the real status of the western women in the western development. It points out that the qualified status of the western women can't adapt to the objective reqiuires of the western development. The qualifred status of the western women is to change ideas, to enhance qualities and to find out the right position to devote themselves to the western development with the new times ideas and spirits. |
