| 摘 要： | 高校党建在党的建设全局中地位十分突出,以科学发展观统领高校党建工作,具有重要的理论和实践意义。文章阐述了高校党建工作贯彻落实科学发展观的重要性,指出高校党建在贯彻落实科学发展观中要树立"三个理念"、处理好"四个关系"、抓好"五个创新"。
