| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯可谓是一座民族博物馆,在其境内生活着191个民族.处于社会转型时期的俄罗斯,不仅面临着解决国家的民主、法治和社会保障问题,还要面对世人关注的民族冲突纠纷的解决.俄罗斯联邦在避免民族纠纷乃至冲突方面,采取的法律措施明显不同于苏联时期.它运用国内和国际法律手段,消除民族歧视,尊重各民族公民的自主选择权利并给予平等的保护.但也存在很多问题,还要做更多更细致的工作.

| Abstract: | Russia is like a museum of nationalities,because there live 191 nationalities.In the period of transition,Russia was not only faced with the problems on democratic,legal and social security,but also with the settlement of conflicts among nationalities to which the world is paying close attention.The legal measures taken by Russian Federation are obviously different from those USSR had taken.Russian Federation takes domestic and international legal measures to eliminate ethnic discrimination,esteem the independent selecting rights of all national citizens and protect those rights equally.However,there are also many problems and we should do more work much carefully in this field. |
