| 摘 要： | 党的十五大提出了“依法治国,建设社会主义法治国家”的治国方略,建设法治国家将是我们长期的艰巨的任务。根据我国的基本国情,强化农村基层的民主与法制对于建设“法治国家”来说至关重要。文章就加强农村基层民主法制建设的必要性和途径加以论述。

| Abstract: | The 15th National Congress of the CPC dictates: Rule of law,build socialist state governed by law.And make it fundamental policy.Achieving rule of law will be our long-period hard-struggling task.According to the basic situation of our country,strengthening Countryside Democracy and Legal System is of essential importance to the construction of rule by law.This paper discusses the necessity of strengthening Countryside Democracy and Legal System construction and ways to achieve it. |
