农民创业意愿影响因素调查

采用调查问卷的方式，对影响农民创业意愿的因素展开调查，并运用Logistic回归模型对全国17个省41个县的146个样本数据进行实证分析。研究结果表明，农民创业的意愿受文化程度、打工经历、生活现状满意度、家庭人口数、家庭劳动力数量、家庭年收入、地区以及亲朋好友中创业人数等多方面因素的影响。其中，文化程度、对生活现状的满意度、家庭劳动力数量、以及亲朋好友中创业人数与农民创业意愿成正相关；家庭年收入、家庭人口数与农民创业意愿成负相关；具有外出打工经历的农民更倾向于创业，中西部地区较之东部地区农民具有更强烈的创业意愿。’

Influencing Factors on Peasants' Entrepreneurship Willness

This paper makes an econometric analysis on the influencing factors of peasants＇ entrepreneurship will in China by 146 sample data from 41 counties, 17 provinces. The survey shows that there are many factors influencing peasants＇ entrepreneurship will： education level, work experience, life satisfaction ,family population, the number of family labor, family revenues, region and entrepreneurial atmosphere. It also finds out that education level, life satisfaction, the number of family labor and entrepreneurial atmosphere have a positive effect on the will, while family revenues and family population have a negative effect on the will. Besides, peasants who have work experiences or live in central and west regions are inclined to start a new business.
