| 摘 要： | 人的自由和全面发展是现代化的根本目的,人的发展就是提高人的素质。人的素质根源于人的本性,是构成人的各方面的质素、成分。人是世界上最复杂的存在物,人同时是自然存在物、社会存在物和精神存在物,人的素质的提高包括人的自然性、社会性和精神性等各个方面,但决定人的素质的根本是人的思维认识能力和精神创造力。教育是提高人的素质的主要手段。

| Abstract: | Human's development in liberal and full scale is the basic aim of modernization. Human's development is also the promotion of human's quality. Human' s quality originated from human nature and consists of many elements and factors. Human is the most complicated existent in the world. Human is the existent of nature, society and spirit at the same time. The improving of Human's quality includes human's nature, sociality and spirit. But the essential human's quality is determined by ability of thought and spirital creativity. Education is the main means to improve human's quality. |
