| 摘 要： | 在充满科技竞争和人才竞争的今天,通过卓有成效地提高教育质量,从而培养新型的、高质量的人才显得愈加迫切。然而培养高素质的各行各业的人才却取决于高素质的创新型教师。这就迫使我们对高师教育的特殊性要有一个更高、更新的认识,并对高师教育质量与服务质量的密切关系要给予足够的重视,在高师教育发展中注重提高教育服务质量,也是由高师教育的本体趋向决定的。
