| 摘 要： | 在新的历史时期,随着社会层次结构的全面转型,大学生的行为取向发生了深刻的变化,而集群性是大学生意识行为领域最为基本的特点。当务之急是正确认识大学生群体行为的若干现实表象,从特征着手,围绕情感内化、从众态势和行为过激等方面,深入探析大学生群体行为的影响因素,从而掌握群体行为的引导规律,为实践工作提出借鉴性价值。

| Abstract: | In the new historical period, with transformation of social hiearachy structure,college students′ behavior orientation has remarkably changed,but grouping is the major character in college students′ mentality and behavior.It is urgent to correctly understand the phenomenon of college students′ group behavior.Based on the characteristics,focusing on emotion internalization,conformity and obsessive action,the factors affecting college students′ group behavior are analyzed,so as to well-handle the guidance. |
