当前我国高等师范教育改革与发展基本问题论纲

高等师范教育是培养教育人才的“母机”。要适应 2 1世纪知识经济社会的发展和教育不断提高的要求 ,建立定向型与非定向型互相渗透的教师教育体制 ,实行职前培养与职后培训一体化的教师教育形式 ,构建师范特色与创新能力相融合的人才培养模式 ,进行通识教育与专业教育相结合的课程结构改革 ,建立阶段评价与综合评价相结合的教育评价制度等 ,是当前我国高等师范教育着力改革与发展的基本问题

On Educational Reforms and Basic Issues of Development for Teachers'''' Colleges in China at Present

The education of teachers' colleges is the "machine tool" for training educational talents.In order to adapt to development of knowledge-economy society in the 21st century and reguirement of improving educatioin,we should set up teacher-education system of fixed-direction model and non-fixed-direction model which can be infiltrated each other,carry out integrated teachers education form for pre-work and post -work training construct talents' training model combining teachers' college characteristics with training innovation ability,implement reforms of course structure combining common education with professonal education and establish educational assessing system combining stage assessment with comprehensive assessment.All these mentioned above are the basic issues of reforms and developmnet of teachers' colleges in China at present.
