社会资本视角下的新加坡高校公民道德教育研究

新加坡作为自然资源短缺、辖地有限的城市国家，人力资源无疑是其最重要的社会资本，在人力资源的构成要素中，公民道德素质是其最重要的部分，道德教育之成败直接决定着国家之盛衰。新加坡高校公民道德教育的特色在于：以增强“我是新加坡人”的国家意识为首要道德培养目标 以“东西结合，创新中求实效”为主要方略 以构建立体化、整体一致性的公民道德教育体系为主要保障，尊重并发挥大学生道德教育在社会实践中的主体性、参与性 以“新加坡共享价值”的探讨引领高校公民道德教育。

Study on Moral Education of Singapore Citizens in Colleges And Universities from the Perspective of Social Capital

Human resources are the most important social capital of Singapore, for it is a city state of limited territory with a lack of natural resources. And, among the constituent elements of human resources,moral quality of its citizen is the most important part, and the success or failure of its moral education determines the rise or fall of the state. Therefore, the characteristic of the moral education of Singaporeancitizens in colleges and universities lie in that its goal is to enhance the national consciousness of ＂I am aSingaporean＂ that its primary strategy is ＂ to integrate the Oriental with the Occidental, and to seek afterpractical achievements with innovation＂ and that its main indemnity is to construct a three - dimensionalcitizen moral education system with overall consistency. The subjectivity and participation of collegestudents＇ moral education in social practice are to be respected and be brought into full play with the discussion of the ＂shared values of Singapore＂ as the guide for the moral education of Singapore citizens incolleges and universities.
