| 摘 要： | 高校完善的＂三助＂工作制度,可以发挥多元的功能——校内资源整合、综合育人,促进高校民主管理、人事改革以及对研究生进行助学资助等。但在实际操作中,由于认识不到位、组织不得力、＂三助＂岗位少、支付薪酬低等原因限制了＂三助＂功能的充分发挥。对此,本文提出相应的建议和对策。

| Abstract: | The completeness of Three Assistance system plays various roles in university,such as campus resources integration,comprehensive education,promotion of democratic management and graduates aiding.However its effect is limited because of a lack of awareness,inefficient management,inadequate positions and low pay.This paper puts forwards some suggestion and strategies for perfecting Three Assistance system. |
