论唐太宗与大臣之间的语言信息沟通

我国历史上的君主纳谏和大臣向君主进谏 ,大体上符合现代语言信息沟通活动的基本特征。即以语言 (或书面奏疏 )作为媒介载体 ,在君臣之间传递信息 ,使得君臣增进相互了解 ,并协调行动 ,最终达到政令上下的畅通和治理国家的目标。唐太宗是我国古代一位以善于纳谏从谏而闻名于世的开明君主 ,他对语言信息沟通运用的艺术表现在 :(一 )建立全方位的语言信息沟通 ,(二 )清除语言信息沟通的障碍 ,(三 )加强语言信息沟通的制度性措施。

On linking the language information of emperor Tang Taizhong of the Tang Dynasty and his ranking officials

In chinese history the sovereigns accepted the admonitions and the ranking officials admonished to emperors usually,these on the whole accorded with basic character of linking activities of modern language information,namely information transmission was made between sovereign and officials by language (or written memorial) as a medium carrier,which made sovereign and officials promote understanding,coordinate their actions and finally achieve the goal of which the government decrees were unimpeded above and below and the country was administered well. The emperor Tang Taizhong,was famous throughout the land by being good at accepting the admonitions and acting in accordance with them, was an enlightened ruler.The author considers that the arts of linking the language information used by him were expressed:A.To establish omnibearing link of language information;B.To purge away obstacles from link of language information;C.To strengthen the system of linking language information.
