中国经济内外协调运行的政策选择

市场经济体制的建立和市场运行机制的逐步完善,使中国经济的对外开放程度日益加深。与之相适应,中国经济能否协调运行,也必须在经济对外开放的框架内才能找到答案。但是,经济的内外协调运行是一个涉及到变量较多且较为复杂的问题,有鉴于此,该文以中国经济内外运行的结果为出发点,从宏观经济政策选择的角度,对所有涉及到的变量进行了收集、归纳和抽象,在对外贸易政策、国际收支政策、引进外资和资本输出政策等方面,提出了实现中国经济内外协调运行的一些思路和建议。

Policy Choice of China's Economic Inside and Outside Coordinative Operation

The degree of China's economic opening to the outside world is deepened increasingly with the establishment of the market economy system and the progressive perfection of the market operation mechanism. It is on speaking terms that we can find the answer to China's economic coordinative operation only in the framework of the economic opening to the outside world. However, the economic inside and outside coordinative operation is an issue involving many variables and is quite complex. In order to breakthrough the complexity, with the result of China's economic inside and outside operation as starting point, this paper sums up and abstracts the variables from the viewpoint of the choice of the macro economic policy. And the paper puts forwards some train of thought and suggestions to realize China's economic inside and outside coordinative operation from the aspects of foreign trade policy, balance of payments policy, the policy of introducing overseas investment and capital exporting.
