论清初云南汛塘制度的形成及特点

明代中后期镇戍制下汛地概念的出现，云南交通沿线哨戍的广泛存在，为清代云南绿营兵汛塘分防制度的形成奠定了基础；从全国绿营兵建立后即分汛设塘的史实、云南部分府州县志对清初汛塘设置的记录以及当时方志对汛塘情况“疏虞”不载的特点看，云南汛塘制度于清初即已形成；与云南统治形势相适应，清初云南汛塘制度显现出汛塘兵丁不多、设置内重外轻两大特点。

A Study of the Formation and Features of Xun Tang System in Yunnan Province in the Early Qing Dynasty

The facts that concept of Xun was developed with the development of the guard and defense system in the middle and late Ming Dynasty and picket posts were set up along the lines of communication in Yunnan laid the foundation of the defense system of Xun Tang troops in Yunnan in the Qing Dynasty. Based on the fact that across country Green Banner troops were stationed upon foundation in separate Xun Tang system, the records of the annals on prefecture and County included information about the establishment of Xun Tang in the early Qing Dynasty, despite the fact that local chronicles did not record the event in details, it holds true that Xun Tang system was formed in Yunnan in the early Qing Dynasty. Because of the political situation in Yunnan,the Xun Tang system in Yunnan showed the features that the number of soldiers was small and the important places for the military affairs were inland areas instead of frontier areas.
