摘    要:本文研究以初中教师为被试对象 ,探讨教师在不同压力情境下其应对方式的特点以及与社会支持的关系。结果表明 ,教师的应对方式具有跨情境性 ,教师的应对方式和情境之间有显著的交互作用 ;主观支持对情绪宣泄和寻求支持 ,支持的利用度对积极评价、幻想和忍耐都有显著预测作用。

Abstract:This study had investigated the junior middle school teachers,and discribed the characteristics of their coping strategies , and the relation between their social support and coping strategies under the contexts .The results suggested that :The coping strategies associated with occupational stress of teachers could be utilized under diverse contexts. There is significantly interaction between the coping strategies in teachers and the contexts. Subjective support had significantly predictive effect on outlet and seeking for support . Use support had significantly predictive effect on positive evaluation,fantasy and patience.
