中国社会工作模式的转型与发展

中国在计划经济体制下形成的政府包揽、差序格局、非专业性的社会工作模式,因在社会快速转型期遭遇严峻挑战而开始了自身的转型进程。这种转型适应了社会变迁的需要与服务对象的多样化需求,业已取得一定的进展。但由于实际社会工作的制度惯性与专业社会工作发展的不足,目前中国的社会工作发展尚存在着两种模式并存、过渡性、不平衡性和民间组织发育不良等问题。中国社会工作模式必须在结合中国国情、借鉴国际通则、克服自身缺陷的基础上实现创新与发展。
