盛唐吏制及其对干部工作法制化的启示

唐朝的法制在中国法制史上占有重要地位,对后世乃至东亚各国的影响颇为深远。唐朝法制中,官吏的管理制度比较科学,形成了立法完善、执法严格、监督有力的法制体系。盛唐吏制的成功经验,在整个封建吏制中占有重要位置, 对于我们今天的干部管理也具有一定的借鉴意义。要实行干部工作的法制化,应该对其进行深入的思考。

Thinking of the Legalization of Cadres' Work Caused by the Officialdom Management System of the Thriving Dynasty Tang

The legal system of Dynasty Tang, which makes a very profound influence to its later ages and countries in East Asia, occupies the important position on the Chinese legal system history. In the legal system -of Dynasty Tang, the management system of the officialdom was scientific and it formed a legal system which had a perfect lawmaking, enforced the law strictly and made very strong inspection. The successful experience of the officialdom management system of the thriving Dynasty Tang occupied the important position in the officialdom management system of the whole feudalism and we can learn some profound experience from it in the cadres' management of our present socialism. We should think over it if we want to put the legalization of cadres' work into practice.
