义利观：国有企业文化建设的核心问题

国有企业文化建设中，最核心的问题是建立符合中国国情的义利观。国有企业一方面要追求经济效益，追求经济发展；但另一方面，还要加强企业的精神动力、追求文化软实力。中国传统文化为当代国有企业文化建设中的义利观问题提供了重要的理论资源。基于“君子爱财，取之有道”，国有企业文化建设要处理好国有企业与国家的关系，国有企业内部企业人个体与企业集体之间的关系，实现追求“利益”要以“道义”为原则。基于“仓廪实而知礼节”命题，要克服假言判断的误解，从综合判断的角度出发，把“仓廪实”和“知礼节”看作是并存关系，从而实现国有企业“义”和“利”并重的义利观。
