| 摘 要： | 主动精神是一个人在集体生活中不可缺的一种精神特质，对大学生而言，是影响其生活质量的关键因素之一。少数民族大学生主动精神相对缺乏是一个较普遍的问题。结合当代实际，从心理学的角度对阻碍少数民族大学生主动精神培养相关问题进行研究，提出主动精神培养的一些基本途径与方法，很有必要。

| Abstract: | Initiative is a spiritual peculiarity for an individual inseparable from collective life.It is a key factor that influences college students' quality of life in terms of college students.It is necessary that some ways and methods for cultivating initiative should be put forward to approach some relevant problems that hold back cultivating ethnic college students' initiative from the psychological perspective. |
