On Effect of Private International Law in Contemporary International Society

Private International law has been playing more and more important roles in contemporary anarchic international society. It lacks of deep inquiry and analysis in the area of theory on the problems such as effective application of foreign law , effective application of private international treaty and observance of private international law of lack force under the anarchy .This article tries to discuss and analyze the issues mentioned above ,so as to understand the effect of private international law and contemporary international society correctly.
