| Abstract: | Trust is a relationship of property. It focuses on the property and its content is property rights. The essence of trust is that it transfers and divides the proprietary rights. This thesis will analyze the generating causes and existing bases of the trust property right, and the philosophical and economic bases of the construction of the trust property right. |
