| Abstract: | The article investigates the situation and the means of recommending the best in the Communist Youth League of colleges and universities after the capacity expansion of students enrolling in the recent years. It offers the evaluation of recommending the best in the Youth members and analyzes its shortages with the suggestions for improvement. |
