| 摘 要： | 二战后,世界高等教育呈现出从精英高等教育向大众和普及高等教育转变的大众化发展趋势.笔者分析了世界大众化高等教育以职业性为发展方向,以多样性的高等教育体制为保障和走民营化发展道路的三个基本特征,并就我国发展大众高等教育,提出了加强高校与社会行业的多层面合作、加强备类型高等教育的沟通与衔接和鼓励社会力量办高等教育等观点.

| Abstract: | After World War II, higher education in the world presented a tendency of turning from developing top higher education to developing popular higher education. This paper analyses the following three characteristics of the world popular high education: being vocational as its developing target, diversified as its educational system and civil administrated as its developing measure. Then the paper puts forward some proposals on how universities should cooperate with all ranks of professions in society, how to enforce the communications and connections between different kinds of higher education, and how to encourage society to support higher education in China. |
