| Abstract: | This paper makes an in-depth analysis towards the current situation of high skilled talents of Chang-Ji-Tu Development and Opening-up Pioneering District from the aspects of high-skilled talents ＇ quantity,structure,distribution,training,puts forward some countermeasures for high-skilled talents＇ training of Chang-Ji-Tu Development and Opening up Pioneering District,and provides the reference for the formulation of related policy to promote the cultivation of high-skilled personnel. |
