| 摘 要： | 农业气候指数保险是农业保险的一个创新产品,它与政策性农业保险具有相互补充的关系.农业气候指数保险的国际发展历程和运行机制的实践,包括现有农业气候指数保险的模式和市场结构及与政策性农业保险的关系,显示了现有农业气候指数保险运行机制的利弊、农业气候指数保险与现有政策性农业保险相互补充并使政策性农业保险走向"市场化".中国在发展农业气候指数保险过程中要结合中国的国情和农业气候指数保险发展现状,从政策、法律、资金和人才技术等方面给予支持.
