| 摘 要： | 古希腊时代的理性和法制观念,深刻影响了古典新闻自由的诉求。神学阶段的基督教神学和报刊集权主义理论极大限制了古典新闻自由的发展;自然权利学阶段的天赋权利学说、法哲学阶段的法制理论和主权在民思想、功利主义阶段的功利原则和反对多数人意见专政的思想,既丰富了古典新闻自由的内涵,又赋予了古典新闻自由现实的合理性。

| Abstract: | The concepts of reason and law in the ancient Greece profoundly influence the pursuit of classical press freedom.At the theology stage,the development of press freedom was extremely restricted by Christian theology and authoritarianism of the press.Natural rights,legal theory,popular sovereignty,and utilitarianism and thought against dictatorship of the majority's opinion enrich the connotation of classical press freedom,and endow it with rationality as well. |
