飞机战伤抢修人员信息素质培养研究

为适应信息化战争的发展趋势和飞机战伤抢修的特点，提出了飞机战伤抢修工作需要培养复合型的抢修指挥人才、专家型的战伤评估人才和高技能型的抢修操作人才，从一般能力素质、通用信息素质和专业信息素质三个方面构建了飞机战伤抢修人才的能力素质体系，并针对部队飞机战伤抢修人员信息素质培养存在的问题，提出了加强其信息素质培养需采取的主要措施，对信息化条件下飞机战伤抢修人才培养具有指导作用。
